Very happy about the service, I am constantly in touch with Abbie (Abbie Lomo-Dash) whenever there is a problem in the property, and she always responds promptly. I specifically talk about her as I've known her for quite a while, ever since when my property was managed by someone else, and she was always there helping. When I decided to move homes, I was concerned on the attendant stress to this decision but walking into the Uxbridge office in January 2023 I met Harry Thornhill and he perfectly understood what I wanted in less than 10minutes chat. He told me he will get me a house that ticks all the checks I wanted and Yes! He delivered in less than 2weeks. I am so glad Abbie Lomo-Dash is back! She has been our Property Manager at Northfields for years and she is incredibly dedicated and responsive. She is also extremely proactive at making recommendations and following up. We have been a customer of Northfields and now GG for 21 years and Abbie is a huge part to do with this! From first contact (Northfields) now Gibbs Gillespie were friendly, dependable and extremely professional. Their team offer good common sense advise on how best prepare your home and recommend a sales strategy, before producing excellent marketing material. Throughout the conveyancing process their team are in regular contact with all relevant parties including legal representatives and the purchasers surveyors, ensuring information is provided and exchanged when needed. Their team keep you updated on progress throughout. If things are not straightforward their team are helpful and reassuring. Completion is organised to the mutual benefit of all parties with minimum fuss and stress. Overall they offer excellent value for money and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Dev is a wonderful person and I could not recommend him enough.

We encountered unexpected situation during the flat purchase and our seller agent had been helpful - liaising and escalating to seek extra support for the whole chain.
