The process of selling a property can be a long and unfamiliar one. It’s not something I have done for a very long time. I arranged to meet with 4 local estate agents - one was a ‘no show’ and no reason ever given. The others gave good advice and a decent ‘pitch’ on why they should become my selling agent. Patricia O’Sullivan became my day to day ‘go to’ contact. Always approachable and responsive. Arranging for photography and the ‘EPC’ energy survey - along with everything else . Looking after viewings, keeping me updated and generally keeping an eye on the property which was vacant. It was a difficult market but Patricia and the team were always positive and upbeat with that calm friendly attitude and advice I appreciated - as did prospective buyers I believe.
