Was great that you found a buyer but was very disappointed about not being made clear about the 20% tax on top of fee , I had made it clear about what I wanted to pay as I had to pay purple bricks also for the sale . I feel like £1000 was taken from me .

We were really pleased with the viewing process. The staff are professional. However once our offer was accepted, our case was dealt with by few different people and we felt towards the end that we were passed around. On few occasions I had to chase queries as our calls were not returned. Overall the staff are friendly and more efficient than other estate agents we dealt a with.

The property manager was excellent-5*.However their proposed supplier wanted to charge 40% more than the true cost of the replacement item.Not happy with the overcharging.To make matters worse they then charged 50 pouns for processing the order for the cheaper alternative/option that I sourced online. 1* satisfaction for then using a supplier that was not commercial and a minus rating for penalizing me for sourcing an alternative.Not good business.I am in the property business ( commercial) and if we proposed to overcharge and then applied an additional charge for sourcing a correctly priced item we would not survive in business.
