The Relocation Agent Network awards are to identify, reward and celebrate industry excellence, entrepreneurialism, innovation and business acumen within the estate agency sector. Hosted by comedian and TV presenter, Sue Perkins, it has now firmly established itself as one of the annual highlights of the residential agency calendar.

An International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence and we were thrilled to be awarded Buckinghamshire's Best Lettings Agency at the 2017 UK Property Awards. At the Negotiator Awards 2017, which celebrate the very best in residential estate agency from across the UK, Gibbs Gillespie was awarded with a Silver award for South East Estate Agency of the Year. The awards presentation evening was hosted by TV presenter and comedian Jimmy Carr and is the most glamorous and exciting property event on the calendar. Paul Gillespie said, "it is fantastic that our continued hard work has been recognised at the Negotiator Awards."

Gibbs Gillespie was voted best agent in the whole country for its Property Management services at a glittering event celebrating the very best in residential estate agency from across the UK. The judges agreed and praised us for "giving great customer service across its business which far exceeded the competition."

At the Negotiator Awards 2017, which celebrate the very best in residential estate agency from across the UK, Gibbs Gillespie was awarded with a Silver award for Medium Estate Agency of the Year. At the glittering awards ceremony, Gibbs Gillespie was delighted to win the 'Highly Commended' Award for Best Estate Agency Marketing UK. Paul Gillespie said: "The UK Property Awards is the UK's most prestigious competition dedicated to identifying the best property professionals across the UK. Scooping one of these coveted awards is proof that Gibbs Gillespie is not only able to compete at this level but also win within a highly competitive arena." 

Gibbs Gillespie won the title of “Best Agent in the Greater London Region” at the Relocation Agent Network’s annual National Conference. We were awarded for the agent’s overall contribution to Relocation Agent Network on our ability to achieve customer satisfaction, a strong market share locally and a proven track record of helping relocating buyers move in and out of the area.

The UK Landlord Accreditation Partnership (UKLAP) is a UK wide accreditation scheme that promotes good practise amongst landlords and agents and strives to improve standards of accommodation in the private rented sector. The prize gives the winning Network member the title of ‘Best Agent in the Greater London Region’ and is awarded on the agent’s contribution to Relocation Agent Network, their ability to achieve customer satisfaction, a strong market share locally and a proven record of helping relocating buyers move both in and out of the area.
