I had a really positive experience dealing with Ian Galloway at Gibbs Gillespie when selling my late mother in laws house , Ian suggested the property would achive a better result being sold at auction he put me in touch with First for auctions and Ian continued to take care of the marketing, The overall outcome was that we sold the house for way more than we ever would have on the open market . The whole experience was pain free and Ian was a plesure to deal with and I would not hesitate to contact him again.
