As someone in the property industry I very rarely feel compelled to write a review for an agent, however in this particular instance I was so thrilled at my experience and interaction with Victoria and the team at Gibbs Gillespie that I wanted to take time out of my day to share and pass on how I felt. I can honestly state that I will be using them in the future and highly recommending them to my contacts. Just to put some context to this review, they went above and beyond any agent I have ever dealt with to ensure the stress was low and that the best interests of their clients was upheld to the highest level. I have used agencies previously to find a house to rent, but none near as good as Gibbs Gillespie at Northfield Avenue. They are very professional and they answer every email within minutes. Gibbs Gillespie were my sole agent .They arranged viewings to suit my schedule and sold my flat within a few weeks of it going on the market. They also gave me the highest valuation of the 3 agents I chose. Heather Davis from the Pitshanger Lane branch dealt with the sale and provided an exceptional service. She kept us updated every step of the way and was always available to answer questions via phone and email. This was my first time being part of a chain and Heather explained the whole process, so we knew what to expect. They are totally worth their fee as we achieved a quick sale, at the asking price, enabling us to purchase our dream house. I would not hesitate to recommend them, or use again.
