The main problem was that when I rang your Uxbridge office several times in the morning and asked to speak to Mr C. Miller, I was always told he was at a meeting. Therefore I stayed in waiting for his call. He did not bother to ring back until late afternoon. Very annoying. Mrs J. Earnshaw

Paul Tindley was very helpful, was pleasant to deal with and got the flat sold successfully. Unfortunately it took about six months through no fault of his but because the buyer had difficulty getting a mortgage on account of Japanese knotweed somewhere in the grounds at Elm Park Court.

Fiona, Maria and Jake were very professional and reliable in marketing our property for sale from start to finish. Very friendly and helpful support from all staff at the GX branch with regular feedback on viewings.

Very professional service and helpful staff. Think this is the only estate agent in Ruislip that actually deliver and price realistically so there's no point trying different ones first. The only reason I've not given 5 stars is that they recommended a solicitor who was not very good at all, so do your research rather than go with their recommendation.

We were very pleased with Gibbs. They provided a good brochure, pictures etc and worked hard to sell the property despite Brexit getting in the way and causing a buyer to drop out. Adam Stimpson was excellent and kept us well informed throughout.
