Overall, happy with Gibbs and their performance. Only annoying thing was that we had a few changes in the agent that was closest to our sale but I suppose over a 6 month period changes can be expected.

Good service! Also provided us with a name of a very good solicitor. Overall happy!

We were very happy with the service we received from Gibbs, especially Oliver who was very professional throughout the whole process, and kept us informed of everything, it did take longer then we had hoped to sell my mums property but we got there in the end, we definitely would recommend using Gibbs.

Started badly by failing to keep the first appointment. Someone, not me, put the wrong date in their diary. Resolved quickly and thereafter everyone at Ruislip always helpful and Sam in particular very supportive over a long period. Having looked at many brochures and properties GG brochure was one of the best.

They are usually a busy agent and not very responsive to your request. They also employ some part timers which have little information of the property even though they are with you during the viewings. Our deal was completed though, and that's thanks to my continuous pressing of the agents to get it done.
