Amazing service given by Gibbs Gillespie staff throughout purchasing process, however, we have had some delays but Tony was communicating everyday between sellers and solicitors, finally dream come true. We purchase our first home, thank you Tony and his team for all hard work and effort.

Gibbs Gillespie was great from the outset, Tony the branch manager was really down to earth and put us fully at ease in the selling process given it was our first time. We really appreciated that it wasn't the full on sales pitch like we'd experience with some of the other agents. We had a particularly difficult buying/selling experience, with our freeholder changing hands part way through and solicitors involved being particularly slow/difficult. Tony was instrumental in finding and helping us make contact with the new freeholder who was otherwise absent. Due to various delays our chain was at risk of collapse for some time. I honestly think without Tony's unrelenting but professional approach we would have never have got the transactions over the line. We would absolutely use their services again. Thanks to Faye also for picking the the baton if Tony wasn't available, it always felt like the office were aware of our situation and were always happy to help.
