The first lady to show us the house was very late, made no apology when she arrived, made us feel like we was inconveniencing her. She then just stood in the kitchen whilst we looked round the property on our own. Josh on the otherhand who showed us round the 2nd time was good and always helpful.

Paul Tindley was an absolute pleasure to deal with. My wife and I were buying our first property and didn't have any idea what we were doing really. Paul was always there to give advice and was really helpful throughout.

Ricky was quick to respond, knowledgeable and effecient when letting my property and was very helpful with any of my queries and concerns.

The service up until we made an offer was fine. Once our mortgage application was underway Josh was in touch to keep the seller informed which is of course expected. However as we had a particularly complex arrangement to deal with this, for what I believe was a lack of understanding on his part, led to him taking rather a poor tone with me more than once which I felt very uncomfortable about. He made assumptions about our finances and despite his "years of experience" oversimplified the process stating "that's how it works in this country".

Excellent service and attention to detail
