This could have been 5 stars if communication had been bettertowards the end of the process. The person looking after us changed half way through the process. This person did not introduce themselves. An email explaining situation would have helped. We did not live in property. At the beginning I received regular emails. This stopped once Daniel left. We were not always told when someone was visiting the house. This caused a very embarassing situation just before completion. Better communication and this would not have happened. The sale itself went very smoothly about which we are very thankful.
