We asked Gibbs Gillespie to take over the selling of our property after another local agent had let us down in their dealings with us. They were extremely professional and managed to sell our house within a week of it being on their books. They did all the viewings for us and gave us feedback straight away. I would thoroughly recommend them to any future sellers.

Inventory service was provided when I did not request it.I only found out when I got my invoice.I had my flat for 16 yrs and have never had an inventory done.Now I have 6 pieces of furniture in the flat and felt the company sneak in the inventory service in without my knowledge.I spoke to letting manager on 30th October 2016 to remarket my property and he never mentioned that I had to have a compulsory inventory service in order to keep the tenants deposit. There was a couple of mistakes on the invoice and I have received the refunds.For the future,I will move to another company to sell 1of my properties as I have lost confidence with your company.

Excellent service as ever. Unfortunate that our tenant in Pinner extended his term until October 2016, by which time there was a surplus of properties for let in that area, resulting in no rental increase, and delay in finding a suitable new tenant.
