She quickly understood our needs and was supportive about our next steps. Later George rung to see how the visit went following Reena’s feedback and arranged a second viewing. Patricia was my go to person on the sale of my property and also my purchase. She was always there for me. I could pop into the office or call her and also she would always call back asap if she could not take my call. She went out of her way to speak to other parties involved in the chain and always kept abreast of what was happening. Very pleasant experience with Gibbs Gillespie. Visited a beautiful flat with Jo, one of their sales consultant, she was very knowledgeable about the flat and took time to answer in details all of my questions during the visit. Jo was then very helpful in helping me get some last details about the sale before I made an offer. Would definitely recommend the agency and Jo to anyone interested in buying a flat!
