Our experience with Gibbs Gillespie has been entirely positive. They found a buyer for us quickly, and when the chain unfortunately collapsed, they were equally speedy in finding another buyer. George is an incredibly proactive, communicative and hard working estate agent. He was always immediate in his response to queries and in taking action, when needed. We were lucky enough to work with Edyta, our move coordinator, who was also nothing short of fabulous. Efficient throughout the process, George and Edyta are a credit to Gibbs Gillespie.

The viewing was smooth and easy thanks to Damil. He was punctual, professional and very approachable. I left feeling confident about the property.

What amazing agents! I have experience with a few estate agents. I always had mixed feelings and plenty of disappointments before, and was sceptical about using any while selling my property. I found my new place through Gibbs Gillespie, so I went with them to sell my current home. I thought it would be a nightmare. [heheheh] Completely opposite. Fantastic people, so warm, gentle and negotiate the best price like lions. When I was buying from them, I felt a healthy sense of pressure. I remember thinking, "Wow, they really care about their sellers". When I was selling ... guess what? I got the full asking price. Because of this crew's professionalism. Perfect pictures, professional floorplan,  posh brochures, over-the-roof client support (how they handle us - we can be nasty vendors), huge flow of viewings. My agent, who presented my property, is the most clever woman I've seen in a long time. She knew exactly what to say, was adjusting to the "temperature" of the people around her, and was rescuing the situation when I said something wrong.  After a few viewings, I tried to stand behind her and open my mouth whenever she showed me she wanted it. Total trust. It is gold to have that employee. And she got a few offers in two days of viewings! Whenever I have a call with the person who handling my property sale, it's always such a relaxed conversation, and he always wants the best options for me. I hope I will never have to sell or buy again ... wait ... I am not sure now. [hehehehe] I had such a freaking cool experience that I qualified it as fun. So, if I ever do it again, then only with Gibbs Gillespie. I know I would be in the best possible hands. I do not believe I like estate agents now!!! had a fantastic experience with Aqib Hamid at Gibbs Gillespie. he was very considerate, diligent, ethical and patient in managing the Sale process in a challenging market. He didn't over promise, nor did he try to convince me to sell "low" unlike other Estate Agents in the area. He arranged multiple viewings over an extended period of time, organized the process very well and achieved a sale price & successful smooth Sale exactly in line with what he stated at the outset 5 months ago. I cannot recommend Gibbs enough! Special thanks to George. I had very specific needs and he took the time to understand them, worked round the clock to investigate my enquiries. I can safely say that he had my best interest at heart, at all times - it was like a friend advising you, not a salesman. Sadly, I won't see him as often, but Gibbs Northwood just earned a major asset. Catherine was absolutely awesome, she went two extra miles every time, got answers to all my questions and never missed a step. She was there whether it was pouring with rain, she'd work her diary and let me view a property on short notice, and was super patient, always. Aisling was great support, picking up wherever needed to ensure I always had an answer or could arrange a viewing and Nick always gave real solutions and advice. If you're looking to sell, then do your buyer a favour and give it to Gibbs.
