I'm writing by way of thanks for the excellent service we've recently received from the Gibbs Gillespie manager Kirsty Hunt at Uxbridge. We often have "challenges" with a letting which requires diplomacy tact and skill (which sadly since the merger, has not always been evident). Happily, Kirsty is now in charge and has put things on the right road.

I deal with Louis King and Haffeeza Rasheed regularly and I can't stress enough their professionalism. They ensure all properties are managed to the highest standards. Property management is very strong with them.

Nothing but a smooth journey with Gibbs Gillespie which heavily contrasts the experience I had when I first moved out earlier in the year through a different company. Danielle and Joseph made it super easy for my fiancé and I to move out and start our journey together at such short notice. Should also be noted that Danielle is the individual I dealt with the most and is one of the most supportive people I’ve come across and would hope she gets her merits in such a demanding job. Joseph was great in showing us the flat and getting our feet in the door with an offer almost immediately. We will definitely be using this lettings company again when we move again in a few years.

From the outset, having spoken initially to a number of different agents, Northfields gave us confidence that they really understood the local property market, and were realistic and straight-talking about our prospects. They brought enthusiasm and good market knowledge to the various viewings, were honest and fair when it came to viewer feedback, and were generally lovely to deal with. Our property had quite a specific audience and it took a while to land our buyer, but Heather was persistent and didn't give up. Once we had secured a buyer, she handled discussions over the price well and kept things moving along. We would definitely recommend the team to other sellers.

Great service received from Gibbs Gillespie property management. Chloe French is always helpful, follows up on any problems reported and gets things sorted quickly. Despite a particularly difficult landlord, Chloe got our new fridge freezer delivered and fitted quicker than expected after our old one broke. This was particularly helpful in this warm weather!
