Charlotte Statham has been absolutely fantastic, over the last 4 years assisting with the letting and management of my property whilst I have been living over 200 miles away. Her friendly demeanour, approachable nature and professionalism have never gone unnoticed. Charlotte has always been willing to go the extra mile, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and well managed throughout. Communication has always been excellent and it has been reassuring knowing the property was in safe hands despite the distance. Had a great experience with Nathanael at Gibbs. Very flexible with our viewings and was very knowledgeable about the properties shown to us.

I recently began a tenancy for a flat in Gerrards Cross through Gibbs Gillespie, and they were fantastic to work with. Jekaterina especially was incredibly on-the-ball and always quick to get back to me on all of my many queries as a first time renter. Jekaterina also helped me to negotiate with the landlord for a fixture to be added to the flat before my move-in date. It was very nice to have a team of qualified letting agents in your corner during the whole process.

After a rocky experience with a previous property manager, we are now in excellent hands with the amazing Carla Hutchinson - who from the exact moment she started managing our property helped us with issues right away. She is skilled and fast at processing anything that needs to be done and updates and checks in if there’s anything outstanding. I have no doubt in my mind that she is the best property manager we’ve had over a period of several tenancies in different places.
