Brilliant service to start with, however, once offers where accepted there was a lack of communication and they didn't get back to us.

Great service and really helpfull

They were efficient in whatever they did. They responded well to all requests and took charge in dealing with issues in order to ensure that there was no unnnecessary delay in the process. Their input helped us to complete the purchase of our property within one month.

Very efficient and customer aware

I don't think that they did anything particularly special. Photos of our property were good. Constant change of staff meant we never knew who was looking after our purchase or sale. Slow to update website. Property we bought still says STC, 3 weeks after we've moved in despite me calling asking for it to be changed.

I was very impressed with the whole team at ruislip manor during the complete process in selling my home. During a difficult period which included the Brexit vote, US elections then the usual down time for Xmas and new year, the team outperformed my expectations. I was informed of every possible change, kept completely in the picture during my sale and was very impressed. I particularly have a need for responsiveness and they were amazing. I would recommend people to use them.no doubts. I was also very impressed with the teamwork within the office and all knew the status when questioned. Difficult to make contact with agent who could assist. Not always returning calls.

Great service from start to finish. All the staff I had contact with at the Ruislip Office were friendly, courteous and professional. At no point did I feel pressured by the sales staff, and I was guided through the process the whole way.

Gibbs team did their best to help me secure a buyer for my property and I am very grateful for that. My thanks especially goes to Garry in the Pinner office and Adam now in Harrow. But on the whole the team in Pinner worked towards my goal.
