I think they overpriced our house building up our hopes, as we didn`t get any offers anywhere near the asking price and in the end had to drop quite a lot of money. They did get us a fairly good price in the end. Also they changed sales agents without advising us, therefore it was a shock to learn that someone else was taking over our sale, in the middle of the sale. they didn`t have the courtesy to call to let us know our original agent had left and another was taking over. The agents who we spoke to in the branch were all pleasant, - but that is their job !!! While the sale was going through they did keep us posted of every development.

I gave 5 stars because I was only visiting for my Mother's/death and funeral. I called two local Realtors, and I was so impressed with Dominic from G.G. He was straight forward, and I was from my home in the State of Alabama, USA. My husband had just retired from appraising real estate around 44,000 Lake/880 miles of shoreline; where the wealthy have second homes. So I was familiar with the Estate business here, after working my husband's book for 32 years. Dominic was honest, and brought what he promised....the letter by hand, and great business ability/expertise. I live here, but will certainly recommend Dominic to any of my family or friends who need help in that business/. Maureen Morgan/Rosie Morgan I am the eldest sister in the US/ Sally is the middle sister in Eastcote/Ruislip, who was closet to our Mum while she was ill.

Very responsive. Particular team members are easy to deal with either by phone or mail. Keep me informed and manage tenant relationship well.

They have a dedicated team of agents who make an effort to let the customer know what is happening with their efforts to find a tenant..They always return a call when telephoned.They were willing to keep in touch with us while we had to go to Canada on an urgent family event.The agents are very courteous.

The best service ever. Working with the team at Gibbs Gillespie, and specially with Michael Beaumont has been the best decision my husband and I we could have made since we decided to sell our home. We had decided to move to Spain with our two young children and selling our home in Northwood was, among all the other moving issues, our priority. Unfortunately we made the mistake to trust another agency before ending up with Gibbs Gillespie and we profoundly regret this mistake now. We should have gone with Gibbs from the beginning, but we were mislead and promised things that were not realistic. On the contrary, Michael Beaumont and the rest of the team were very professional from the beginning. They explained to us exactly what was our specific situation and they worked really hard to make the sell as successful as possible. Our situation was a bit complex as we had to move to Spain while the house was on sale in the UK. Michael was ever so helpful and knowledgeable and kept us informed at all times. He was always available to answer any questions or issues we could have. Our house was finally sold and we are really grateful for the great work, and they great team behind it. I can honestly recommend this agency without any reservations.

Gibbs did everything well . Their sales literature for the property was excellent. And they communicated on a weekly basis which is what is required. All the staff in the Northwood office were helpful and friendly and I believe both parties were pleased with the outcome. Well done to all!

From start to finish I was kept informed of the progress of the renewal of the tenancy. All staff were always very polite and helpful especially Chloe Reynolds - thank you.

GG fulfilled every promise. The house was sold fast, every target was met and every appointment was kept on time.

Overall the service was good.

Straight forward business men. Honest and hard working. Enjoyed dealing with them.

Positives: Charlie Miller was at all times positive, proactive and kept us informed of progress. Good marketing and pictures showed the house to best advantage Agent fee percentage was reasonable. Local team kept visiting the house to check on security etc. Extensive customer base ensured plenty of viewings Less positives: Initial valuation was overstated and we dropped the price 3 times over 3 months Communications from the office were inconsistent at times. Left us feeling we'd been abandoned. However this improved considerably after a few weeks. 22 week exclusivity is unreasonable.

They are shining example of why people should never use internet estate agents - brilliant service from start to finish - without them we would not have secured the price that we did.
