The Northwood branch have been great during the process of looking for a new rental. In particular, Aimee at the branch was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. My experience with a staff member at the Pinner branch was awful, very rude and impolite whereas Aimee made the process easy and was very polite, answering any queries we had. Thank you

We were introduced to George Callaghan (Branch Manager) and his team in Northwood by Alex at First for Auctions. From the start George, James A and James S could not have been more helpful both on the phone, and in person in the sale of our ex rental property in Hemel Hempstead. The description of the property attracted plenty of buyer interest highlighting the potential to add value. The open days were well attended and this made what for us was a very anxious first experience of auctions a very smooth sales process. From the property first going to market to auction day and exchange took 4 weeks followed by 6 weeks to completion. George and Alex worked well together along with Jo at Clifton Ingram solicitors and we would not hesitate to recommend all involved.
