I’m grateful to Aimee for answering my questions and helping get everything arranged before I moved in. It was lovely of her to check in afterwards to see how I was settling in, too. I’ve had a really positive experience with Marta who’s one of the most professional, responsive, and friendly lettings consultants that I have encountered. She was very helpful providing lots of useful information about the property and the landlord, and answering all my questions before, during, and after the viewing. I would definitely recommend this agency. They take good care of both landlords and tenants.

We had a very positive experience working with Marta. She was always prompt, professional and very sweet to deal with throughout the process of finding and securing our home in London. She was helpful, responsive and made everything much easier for us. We really appreciated her support and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a letting agent.

The Northwood branch have been great during the process of looking for a new rental. In particular, Aimee at the branch was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. My experience with a staff member at the Pinner branch was awful, very rude and impolite whereas Aimee made the process easy and was very polite, answering any queries we had. Thank you

Having worked with Mark for over ten years, I can wholeheartedly recommend him as a lettings professional. Throughout our time working together, Mark has consistently demonstrated professionalism, clarity, and a thorough knowledge of the lettings industry. Mark is an established and valued part of the Northwood team, and it's been a pleasure to see him grow into such a trusted figure within the branch. We very much look forward to continuing our working relationship with him in the years to come.

We had a really positive experience with Aimee Chapman. She took the time to have a good phone call with us, listened carefully to our requirements, and suggested several properties that matched our needs well. Although we’ve ultimately decided to rent in a different area, we were very impressed with her professionalism, helpfulness, and friendly approach throughout the process.
