Initial contact was good. After that communication could have been better. What felt like "hassle" from case manager. Started proceeding early June. On Aug 14th received msg from Gibbs Gillespie to say seller had withdrawn allegedly because of lack of progress. . According to seller this was 100% false. We got sale back on track no thanks to g and g.. subsequently completed on 16th September.

I feel you overpriced the house in the first place and then pushed to reduce the price below what it actually sold for. Also it is very frustrating to have identity checks done at the end of the process - this was not mentioned at all as a requirement when we initially engaged you and you would not accept the authentication that our solicitor had already done.
