With a friend we had dealings with this agency via their agent Charlie from lettings showing us around. She was lovely and professional, gave a very good impression of herself, the property and her representation of the agency, with good knowledge and a lovely personality. I've never ever found an agency as competent as Gibbs Gillespie Northfield branch! The desire they have for great customer service and the speed and honesty they have is unmeasurable. I liaised with Oliwia, Gabriele and Amrit which have been exceptional and trustworthy.
