As a seller, engaged with a first time buyer with a large deposit and no chain, this should have been as simple as it gets. However, the buyer turned out to be really difficult, inconsistent, unpredictable, unreliable, slow and even unavailable at times. From offer to completion it took nearly 4 months, but the team at the Ruislip Manor office did a great job, working with me to keep pushing things along and keeping me informed throughout. I would like to give a shout out in particular to Rosie Pierce who was the model professional throughout, particularly over the last couple of weeks when it became very uncertain. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Ruislip Manor team to anyone in the area thinking of selling.

Good initial experience, good at getting viewings and offers. Dissapointed I had to ring for updates and push the sale along. GG only seemed to get into gear when they thought I might pull out of the sale. Once exchange happened did not hear another thing from them

We recently bought and sold via Gibbs Gillespie (the Agent we liaised with principally was Josh Reynolds and his team). Josh was absolutely superb and went above and beyond what was required of him - we couldn't fault him at all. Very personable service and he took a lot of the stress out of the transactions for us. Great communication from Josh, Philip and Tom - they kept us fully updated throughout the process and were a pleasure to deal with. I was disappointed that I paid an extra £1000 on condition that the bungalow and garden were cleared. This was NOT done and it has cost us time and money getting this done.

As we had had some problems with our first agent when we changed to Gibbs we noticed the difference straight away. We were kept fully aware with what was happening and the service was first class from start to finish. I would recommend Gibbs Gillespie to anyone.

Only seemed bothered once an offer had been made. Wasn't always fully honest. Used to tell me that my solicitors were lagging behind which was slowing the sale, when in fact it was the other way around.

I was buying rather than selling from Gibbs Gillespie, so I chose the property rather than the agent! However I didn't have any complaints about the way the transaction was handled.

In the beginning we were less than impressed with the information received and the quality of information given out to prospective buyers in the house viewings. HOWEVER things completely changed as completion got nearer, and we couldn't have asked for a better service with liaising with solicitors and other agents in the chain. They really did work hard for us when it counted.

Dominic and his team were brilliant to deal with on our purchase. Always kept me well informed throughout the process, and helped when there were a few hiccups in our linked sale.
