Purchased a buy to let property through Gibbs Gillespie and also used their letting services to let the property. I was very satisfied with the quality of service received right the way through. Professional, courteous and helpful. I would certainly recommend them.

Good estate agents. they gained my confidence with their area knowledge and I liked the fact that they were open evenings and weekends. Would have been a 5 if there had been just a bit more communication during the sale process.

I wanted the agent to show people around the property on an individual basis but the Agent insisted on open home viewings at the weekend. Communication between the Agent and myself was not always as proactive as I would have liked.

We have had GG managing the rental and maintenance of our house over the past 4 years. Initially the support from the Ruislip office was excellent (Mark) but the performance deteriorated significantly when the management of our house transferred to the Uxbridge branch. I am aware that there have been some recent changes and my wife and I are delighted by the professionalism and support that we are now receiving form Rebecca Crate. It is a marked step change in what we have experienced recently and we hope the improvement continues. Rebecca is reliable, genuinely interested and efficient with good interpersonal skills. Overall and having used Gibbs Gillespie twice previously we were pleased with the service they provided,especially as It was a tennented property we were selling and they had to deal with sometimes 'awkward' tennents. Did have one gripe though-that despite being told from the outset not to call me on my mobile,(we have useless reception where we live and this proves problematic) they did on numerous occasions,despite being reminded every time! Please see this as constructive criticism, easily remedied.
