Alex kept me up to date and chased both solicitors throughout the sale. She is very efficient, answers emails and calls to keep you abreast of what’s happening. A very nice person.

Purchased our first property via Gibbs Gillespie Ruislip, the in office team were excellent especially Nasradin and Sam. Our move manager Alex was incredible throughout, she always kept us informed and nothing was too much for her - she is a credit to the company.

I found Shenae at Gibbs Gillespie to be very professional and communicative. Our landlord was at times unresponsive to our needs and while this was frustrating, Shenae and her property managers did a very good job in terms of keeping us informed of progress (or lack of). We had a particularly challenging situation at the end of tenancy, which was not helped by poor communication by the lettings team, and Shenae was extremely helpful in terms of us resolving it in the best possible way. It is often very challenging being a renter in today's economy and I think Gibbs property management are doing a really good job despite the difficulties.

Huge thanks to Mariya and her team for making my move so easy! Their support and guidance helped me find the perfect home, and I couldn’t be happier.
