The staff at Gibbs Gillespie I found to be very friendly and helpful. I had just missed out on one flat that had gone under offer and it looked like another that I very much liked, wouldn’t be possible due the vendors circumstances. However, thanks to the solution suggested by Josh at Gibbs Gillespie, I was able to successfully offer on it and yesterday I moved in. Eve Atley has only recently started as my Property Manager ( I rent out a 2 bed flat) and she has already impressed with her prompt service. However, what has been really good is that in less than one week she managed to sort out an issue I had with the balance on my account - several previous PMs all promised to look into it and nothing ever happened.
