When our first purchase fell through, Patricia kept our requirements in mind and reached out when another opportunity opened up. Good clear & professional communication throughout the whole process, which made the whole process very smooth and efficient.

Although the sale only completed on the fourth attempt (through no fault of theirs), the team never lost focus.
