Friendly, reliable estate agents. I recently bought a place with them. Was able to work thought a long chain with their assistance. I arranged two viewings to see the property with Zohair who showed me around the place very well. After that, after proposing my offer I kept close contact with Dareen who was very helpful in putting everything together. Chris who is the overall manager was supportive and advised appropriately. Overall I recommend Gibbs Gillespie, they were efficient, friendly and their advertisement / property portfolio was very good. I am very pleased with my house.

I was kept informed of the progress at all times even though it took eight months. Yes I would certainly recommend.

Fantastic team from start to finish, I would not of gotten through this without the help of one particular person, Paula, she literally helped me through the whole process, giving advice when i was struggling with solicitor, phoning around on my behalf, and getting the job done. Would defiantly recommend them.

Matt at Gibbs Gillespie was very professional and caring in his communication to us in relation to the sale of our bungalow. I had a tenant in the bungalow at the time of the sale and the team worked in conjunction with our tenant during the sale procedure in a very efficient and understanding manner which aided the sale of the property as we live on the south coast. Whenever I phoned for an update the team tried their best to keep me fully up to date and they were in constant communication with the new owners to accomplish a smooth transition. Highly recommended and I would use them again.

Ours was quite a complex sale - it fell through once and restarted a month or so later, but there were quite a few complications. I'm not sure we would have completed without the individual attention from Tim and Chris at Rayners Lane, backed by the rest of the team (Robbie and others). Would thoroughly recommend.

We had very good service from Josh at Uxbridge Gibbs. We had a very difficult buyer who Josh had to hand-hold all the way and the buyer's solicitors were awful, so he had to chase them for us all the time, for months. Without Josh chasing, I don't think we'd have ever completed! Thanks.

Very efficient at marketing the property ,sending numerous prospective customers accompanied by pleasant ,well presented agency staff .Initially guided me through all the necessary aspects of selling my property including identity /money laundering documentation and general presentation of the property. Felt disappointed with the closing stages of the sale, as the Move Manager always seemed under pressure with too many clients .Difficult to make contact and rushed with replies/answers ,possibly needing extra assistance with caseloads ?
