I’ve had a wonderful experience with Gibbs Gillespie over the past two years while renting a flat fully managed by them. In particular, I’d like to highlight the outstanding support from Louis King in the property management team. Louis has been consistently efficient, professional, and at the same time friendly and reasonable. As the flat was fully managed, all communication between the landlord and me was handled through Louis — and he always responded promptly, making sure any issues were resolved quickly and with minimal effort on my part. Thank you, Louis, for making my renting experience smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Gibbs Gillespie, especially to anyone looking for a well-managed rental property.

We’ve rented several times, but this has been the most stressful one due to the landlord’s slow responses and the tight timeframe. That said, Joe and Victoria were absolutely incredible—professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to get us through it on time. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
