I contacted Michael at Gibbs to initially give me a second opinion on the possibility of selling my house. From the beginning I found Michael and the staff at Gibbs to be incredibly honest, fair, straightforward and helpful. I decided to put my house on the market with Gibbs exclusively whilst it was still being rented with the agent I had been using. Michael was very respectful towards my tenants, and worked around what was a tricky situation at times. At every stage of the process Michael was fully engaged, professional and empathetic. The sale went through quickly and incredibly smoothly. I was kept informed at all times. Gibbs went that extra step with everything - they even helped and coordinated removing items from my house as I live overseas. I couldn’t have had a better experience. After renting my house for 4 yrs with another agent - I only wish I had used Gibbs for my rental too ! I couldn’t recommend this company high enough.
