Fantastic service when we were buying our first home. All the agents from GX office were helpful and happy to answer questions. We were working towards the end of the stamp duty deadline and they worked efficiently to get this done.

Gibbs are always a joy to deal with and personally I've worked with them a few times in the past on multiple sales. For this particular transaction, we openly had to set a new record for the road/area, which isn't easy. However Lucy and the Gibbs team did a great job at marketing our beautiful home, organizing viewings (especially during COVID times) and handling the first round of viewings. They also did a great job at putting up with me and put the hours in understand the property and our goals. Also as I'm a lovable genuine human being, they allowed me to conduct the 2nd/3rd round of viewings and together we cohesively got the deal done! I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process and it's tough being the top sales rep in Ruislip, but someone's got to do it ;)

The sale of my elderly mother's retirement flat was, on the face of it, fairly straight forward but took some 20 months to complete given market conditions and the pandemic. During this period I had reason to speak to a number of persons in the Pinner Branch all were excellent. My agent from the very start (with whom some 98% of the business was conducted) could not be faulted. Friendly, courteous, articulate, informed and interested throughout he was quite frankly a pleasure to work with. Regular communication, advise and reports helped to 'steady the ship' during what was a frustrating time for all. Thank You.

Due to people working from home I could not always get updates from the branch. Otherwise the service was fine. I would recommend them but beware that some queries will take longer than is necessary due to WFH.
