I’m writing to share my excellent experience working with Nicole at Gibbs Gillespie during my property search. She was professional, understanding, and highly accommodating especially when it came to my request on rescheduling viewing dates. Nicole patiently explained the property in detail, along with all aspects of the tenancy and contract, making the process clear and far less stressful. She was also receptive to my special requests, communicated them to the landlord, and consistently followed up while keeping me well informed throughout. Thank you, Nicole, for your support and guidance and for being a true consultant. I highly recommend her and Gibbs Gillespie, and I wouldn’t reach out her and Gibbs Gillespie again.

Gibbs were an amazing estate agent to deal with, especially at a time of uncertainty with our current rental contract where our landlady wouldn't release us from our contract early without being liable for all rent and bills until the contract ends. We even got our holding deposit back which was not expected as we thought we lost it after we had to pull out of the contract. Reneè in particular was a pleasure to deal with, very efficient and helpful and attentive. We will defintley be considering gibbs in the future for our next rental property. Thank you for providing a second to none service and being so understanding in a difficult situation / unforseen circumstances that were beyond our control.
