The service I received once you were instructed was good. I was particularly impressed with the role played by Paula Chapman in smoothing the sales process and chasing all sides. One negative was the initial advise we received. You suggested too high a price be quoted. This meant there was little interest at first and the flat became a little "stale" You should have advised a more realistic price
