Very co-operative and proactive. Was great as they were always by the side on this whole journey.

From the moment we first walked into their Ruislip branch, Gibbs Gillespie made moving house as stress-free as possible. We were kept well-informed throughout the whole process by Grant, our Sales Manager, and Jenna and the marketing team did a great job in finding the right buyer for our property.

The team at GG gave us good advise and were prompt at getting viewings underway and a reasonable offer on the table which went through to a competed sale. Towards completion I got a sense that they were more interested in the purchasers needs rather than ours, and I note that the property has immediately gone back on the rental market through GG. This has left me with a bit of a sense of being kept in the dark, and although I was paying the fees, I wasn't always in the loop. I think we should have been contacted every time the buyer wanted to visit the property and I don't think this was the case.

Had my doubts about paying high street estate agents fees, particularly as there are so many online competitors, but I must say I'm glad we did, we had some issues with the sale of our home, Gibbs were brilliant at resolving the issues in a calm and professional way. Without them we would not have been able to complete the purchase of our beautiful home, they were worth every penny. Thanks Gibbs.

Could do with a bit more 'in house' communication to provide a 'seamless' service.

Could have got the asking rent correct in the first place or at least discussed a reduction when it was clear that it was sticking. Lack of communication unless chased. Quick to chase up payment - two statements just days apart !

Member of staff appeared to have a rather patronising attitude with an emphasis on a quick sale rather that client satisfaction.
