They found me a tenant in a reasonable time, their services were good and professional, all paperwork and the signings of the contract etc.. are done online. Their feedback and updates are good. The charges and fees are very expensive.

Generally a good service and very friendly. But unorganised and did not tell us important things that left us with some unexpected surprises just before exchange! Also almost stopped us from getting a mortgage because of their lack of awareness of what some housing terminology means and how describing a property in a certain way can affect the banks opinion of it.

Working with William exceeded any of my expectations. William was incredibly friendly and helped facilitated everything as I was in the US. He responded to every email and calls in a timely manner which I greatly appreciated. He was very helpful in the entire process and I highly recommend William!
