Having previously sold and purchased through Gibbs Gillespie it was natural to choose them whilst selling a late family members home. From the beginning Grant was extremely kind, compassionate and professional. As the sale took longer than anticipated (due to legal aspect of extending a lease) they were brilliant at chasing the relevant people to ensure it was moving forward and kept in regular contact with us and the buyers. This is the second time I’ve sold through Gibbs, headed by Paul Tindley (Harrow branch). Him and his team (including Jack and Robbie) are efficient, polite, approachable and professional. Their valuation was honest and spot on, it took little time to secure a sale and they were there every step of the way. Especially when I needed their help with general queries or issues we had with solicitors. We felt very well looked after throughout the whole process. If only the agents we were buying through were as professional!

Sam and his team at the Ruislip branch were fab. Professionals, friendly and approachable. On time - if not early for the viewing and made sure the lights were on etc and they knew what they were doing. Def recommend them.
