I had an amazingly stress free and quick house sale with Gibbs Gillespie Rickmansworth. Amazingly efficient team especially Josh!

We had a good through Probate Valuation followed by a helpful sales brochure for our property, a viewing event and pro active sale negotiation on our behalf. There were long periods during the very long sales process when no contact was made which is why it is not a 5. But good in all other respects. We had good feed back information towards the end when things started to come together.

They were good in helping chase things up from the lawyer but one thing I learned as a first time buyer is don’t take their advice on the legal aspects/contracts and if you aren’t satisfied with a part of the house, don’t accept their opinion that it ‘ will be easy to fix’ etc! They are friendly and helpful though, and their mortgage broker is very good.
