In the past our interactions with estate agents have not been particularly positive. At Gibbs Gillespie our agent was extremely responsive and was always very helpful in getting our property purchase across the line. This was definitely the best estate agent experience we have had by far.

Both Frank & I have been very very impressed with the quality of service provided by Judith Silvester of Gibbs Gillespie. Judith has been so dedicated in making sure that our house was marketted to the right people and arranged so many appointments on a regular basis. She kept us fully informed at all times of what was going on. Its not just about arranging appointment but the follow ups and the detailed explanations provided were second to none. Judith works with you and really gets involved in making sure that your house sells! We had previosuly been with 2 other agenst Savilles and Purple bricks but were very dissappinted with their lack of service, Customer service and also lack of interest in wanting to sell our house for us. Judith made us feel really important and clearly understood our concerns and made sure that she dealt with our concerns in a caring and considerate manner. She is a very bubbly and happy person and made us feel really important. She checked in with us atleast 2 or 3 times a week and gave us an update on what she was doing about making sure that our gets sold. If anyone is at that point where they have yet to decide which agent to appoint then Gibbs Gillespie are truly the best . Even after we exchanged contracts Judith kept us updated on what would happen next and provided so much reassurance to us. She stayed with us throughout the whole journey. Excellant service throughout. Very impressed.
