Superb service from Sophie, David and Charlie at the Uxbridge Gibbs office. Was always kept informed throughout the whole process of selling my property and can highly recommend them.

Aquib and the staff regularly sent me details of properties available for viewing in the initial stage. They were very good for arranging the viewings for me as I visited from Cardiff. Once my offer for property had been accepted, things went very slow, probably with the solicitors getting involved. James continuously kept me informed of the progress at a later stage. However, the whole buying process was very frustrating as it took 5/6 months.

I thought they were professional, got the listing very quickly, the photo company they used were very good, from start to finish, once the house was under offer the person was dealing with the other agents, solicitors, buyer and seller was amazing, she did make the transaction alot easier.

From start to finish, Paul Tindley at Gibbs Gillespie was hugely helpful and always very friendly and kind - answering all my queries very quickly. Paul was always available to assist over the phone or on email - giving me clear advice throughout the entire process. As a first time buyer with a solicitor who wasn't helpful at all, I relied on Paul more often than I thought I would have to and am so grateful for the help I received. I am absolutely certain that without Paul and his colleagues at Gibbs Gillespie (who looked after my purchase when Paul was on holiday briefly), the process would have taken at least a month or two longer than it actually did. When you're going through such a stressful process, particularly as a first time buyer, you can't ask for a better estate agent than Gibbs Gillespie or a more helpful person than Paul.

I think they were absolutely brilliant. Mittra,was very polite and friendly in initially showing me the property.and Grant too was always so kind and helpful on the phone,whenever we needed to speak. In all a job very well done by Gibbs Gillespie, Stanmore,,by helping me find my new home so quickly!..I cannot speak highly enough of them.. A well deserved 5 star performance!
