Every phone query answered, every call returned,every problem solved,regular calls to reassure and to pass on information....and an agent you would order from a catalogue of agents, should such a thing exist. Paul Tindley was informative, pleasant,patiernt, and we trusted completely in his honesty. We have moved from flats to houses to flats and more houses, and never have we come across a nicer more reliable agent.Who knows how long the whole tortuous process would have been extended had Paul not been there to keep the wheels - buyer,seller,solicitor - constantly turning. We consider ourselves to have been very lucky the day Paul Tindley strode into our house and assured us that he would do his best to sell our property quickly. After one Saturday wherein eleven prospective buyers were shown round the house by Paul, we had six offers, and two excellent ones,one of which we accepted. An agent to recommend - and we have.

All of the staff at Gibbs Gillespie were fantastic especially Oliver and Danielle. My house was sold within 2 days of it going on the market. I moved within 9 weeks. The agents were polite, professional and kept me up to date with everything along the way throughout my sale

I think they over estimated the sale value initially in order to attract us as clients and did not hesitate later to suggest the price was too high. Disappointing as they claimed to be the experts. Their optimism for the numbers who would come to the "open house" were also wildly over estimated. After that their service was exactly what I would have expected. A slow trickle of potential buyers over a four month period. Nevertheless GG are a friendly team who ultimately found us a buyer at a discount of 9% on the valuation. Not bad but not great. I was surprised that I received no communication post sale - their last e-mail was a computer generated one not specific to our sale 8 days before completion. Not exactly overwhelming. Average in fact which is the reason for my score.

The service we received from Oliver Squires, Director of Ruislip Manor branch, on the sale of our family home on behalf my father, was simply outstanding. The professionalism he showed, throughout what became quite an emotionally difficult process, is to be commended. Due to the sensitive nature of the sale it was imperative that the right buyer was found with the minimum of advertising and fuss. He used his local knowledge of purchasers and investors to find us the right buyer and always put our needs as clients first.
