Daniel, the branch manager runs a very tight ship. The team are efficient and passionate about the home they are selling. They keep you updated all the time. A special mention to Tom who is exceptional when it comes to selling your home. His enthusiasm is something else.

Nothing was too much trouble, they kept me in touch with everything that was happening. They were always polite and always called back when they said they would. Although I didn't live locally they made things easy for me. Special thanks to Oliver and Danielle.

The communication was good and there was a fair throughput of viewings. However, it would be impossible to ignore the fact that it took well over two years from placing the property on the market before it was sold. There may have been a variety of reasons for this, but one would have expected a review and adjustment of sales and marketing tactics in order to deal with the situation rather than just bashing on regardless.

Grant was both enthusiastic and professional at our first meeting and he appeared to me to be more able to deliver a good outcome on the sale than 2 other agents whom I considered.He gave his views on how the sale should be handled and what service he would deliver.For the duration of the marketing he never failed to give feedback when it had been promised and his thoughts on sales strategy as the process continued. He was always thoughtful and never indulged pointless banter. His excellent care and attention was also reflected by his colleagues who never failed to provide excellent service. I had suffered a bereavement which led to the sale of the house and Grant was very conscious that I was going through a difficult time. As a result I felt he was always going the extra mile to make life easier for me.
