We recently purchased our first house through Gibbs Gillespie. We have been renting through Gibbs Gillespie for a while and always received excellent service from their rental team. We were expecting the same from the sales team and they did not disappoint. Service received was brilliant. Sales team was very helpful and accommodating of our requests during the purchase process.

Cheerful service and support and provided helpful advice on key issues. Obvious behind the scenes chasing up with potential buyers and solicitors and a good number of viewings despite the dreaded Brexit influence. Original estimate proved high and alteration only a few days after the property was put on the market may have got us off to a slow start ? Energy report was inaccurate and some photos were not helpful. Dealt very well with the couple who pulled out near to possible exchange of contracts. It would have been helpful for the ultimate buyers to have been told what we had been about to sell for and that we were not prepared to go lower than that. They rather naughtily kept their own limit unsaid until so much time had elapsed that we felt obliged to accept it. It was only thanks to those we were buying from, who lowered their price that allowed us to retain the margin. Moving is not an easy experience but you made it as painless as possible. Thank you.
