Unfortunately my property portal and for other Landlords, there were logging issues and some error download messages that still require action by Nick and your Software company to remove permanently

I was dealing with James Sweet who I found to be very professional and a genuine guy who always tried to help us as best he could.

After sales service was excellent but I wasnt overly impressed with the service received before that. Unlikely to use in the future.

Initial placing and promoting of my property was good. As was management of viewings. However, once the sale was agreed the interaction and support tailed off and was not as good as I expected.

We took a long time to sell our property . However I don’t think this was the fault of Gibbs Gillespie more the nature of our house and the housing market. I was very impressed with Daniel McGowran in particular.

I had to sell a property in difficult circumstances, as executor of a will, and I do not live locally to the property. Gibbs Gillespie demonstrated a detailed knowledge of the local market, and took care of all viewings. They achieved a large number of viewings over the first few weeks - much more sustained than an initial burst which is all some agents can manage. They obtained feedback from nearly all the viewers, and it became clear from that feedback that the property genuinely was overpriced (it was smaller than many nearby properties and did require substantial work). Gibbs Gillespie advised in terms of a price reduction, after which the property was sold at close to the revised price. I was impressed by the helpfulness and professionalism of the team.

The property in question was a difficult one to sell but they went out of their way to get us a buyer.

Tommy Higgins was our agent. He did a fantastic job. Got four offers on our open day and sold on the day. Sophie at Gibbs office then looked after us to the actual day of completing- I must say she is what every office should have. Took the stress and the reins and ran with it. Till the very end.

The entire team was v professional and helpful especially James Sweet. He was the best :))
