Matt was efficient, proactive, consistently helpful, and highly responsive throughout. His enthusiasm, combined with a realistic and optimistic approach, gave us confidence at every stage. He provided clear guidance on pricing adjustments, which ultimately helped secure the sale. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and no question ever felt too small. We would also like to thank Mahnoor, then new Move Manager, who joined partway through the process. She was extremely supportive in progressing matters and achieving exchange and completion. Overall, we are very grateful for the professionalism and dedication shown by the whole team.

The Northwood branch have been great during the process of looking for a new rental. In particular, Aimee at the branch was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. My experience with a staff member at the Pinner branch was awful, very rude and impolite whereas Aimee made the process easy and was very polite, answering any queries we had. Thank you

He was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The communication before the appointment was excellent, and everything was organised exactly as expected. The Gibbs Gillespie team where simply fantastic in finding me a letting in a beautiful area. This is the first time I have let in over 30 years and was honestly a little worried in not fully understanding the process BUT the team made everything understandable and smooth to the point of the keys being handed over. Of course there where a few minor niggles once in the property but my senior property manger "Jo Brooker" was on hand to iron out any issues and have them resolved very very quickly—she has been just fabulous : ) Would highly recommend the Gibbs Gillespie lettings team.
