Unlike other agents, they charged me £60 for ID verification through CREDAS and passed my information to legal services hence they keep sending emails for their products. When I queried about £60 for CREDAS, branch manager doent have enough information and or answer and would like to arrange a meeting with their director which doent happen. Whole I am going through the mortgage application, same CREDAS doesn't charge anything from me and it's free. At the end of completion, they said yo md that there will a person to handover the keys, but there isn't anyone. When I phoned to the office they ask me to come and collect the keys The person dealing with the property is only concerned about the seller and want to finish the deal quick. This is not my 1st property, but this type of treatment I never had in the past

Stephen Brick from Gibbs Ruislip was brilliant in helping us with the sale of our flat. He is an excellent communicator, personable and gifted with remarkable sales and marketing ability (executed in a genuine and sincere manner). Our only regret was not going with Gibbs Gillespie in the first place- we wasted more than eight months with another agent and for all that time Stephen proactively showed an interest and pursued us (through emails and calls) with offers of support and advice to move things forward.
