Really good service & would recommend

Was very happy with the service I received from Gibbs Gillespie for our house sale in Ealing Common. Particular thanks to Kasia who worked tirelessly to get the sale to the point of exchange.

Luca of Gibbs Gillespie Ruislip Sales did an excellent job keeping the purchase of my new flat on course and keep me updated. As a first time buyer his help and advice was very much appreciated.

Booking in the first viewing was easy, Edyta showed me around the property and we started the negotiations. I would say the process was pretty easy but with some delays at the latter stages, the chain pulled together with good comms to get the deal over the line. They are friendly and professional, so I couldn’t ask for much more for my purchase.

They were fantastic and really helped me out, even after the purchase was complete.

Gibbs Gillespie's recently sold my apartment. Overall the service received was OK but the entire process lacked communication. Their fee was also higher than other local agents. I rarely heard from their "move manager" and I was not informed of staff leaving or who would be taking over. I received calls from people I hadn't heard of under the group name Romans which was all a bit confusing as nobody had explained the set up of the group. The latest move manager didn't appear to have been given any kind of handover and the first I heard from her was the day before completion. Lastly I never heard from Gibbs on the day of completion to check everything had gone to plan, not even a call or a thank you. Would I recommend or use again, probably not!

I sold my house through Gibbs Gillespie. The service I received was excellent. They were all very professional throughout. Negotiated well on our behalf and managed to obtain the best possible price for our property. The moving manager role is an excellent one which we also experienced when we bought via Gibbs and this service is the best thing about the whole process. They are the best middle man between seller and buyer, help speed things up as solicitors are notorious for being extremely slow for no good reason. They also help to relieve any anxieties and doubts during the final stages. Excellent experience all round.... keep up the good work Gibbs Gillespie.

Gibbs Gillespie made the process of selling very easy. I felt all of their negotiators were invested in selling my property. As a result of their efforts my property was under offer within 2 weeks of listing. A special thank you must go Danny for making the listing process as painless as possible and to Irene for keeping the sale on track. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend.
