Our experience with Gillespie Gibbs was outstanding, and that’s entirely thanks to Adam. After going through two terrible experiences with other letting agencies, we had honestly lost hope. Then we met Adam, and the difference was night and day. From the very beginning, he genuinely cared about helping us rather than just processing another application. He went above and beyond to chase the landlord, keep us updated, and make sure everything moved as quickly as possible so we could move into our new home on time. What impressed us even more was that he would reply to our messages and keep us informed even when he wasn’t working, simply because he knew how stressful the situation was for my family. That level of dedication made us feel supported and gave us real peace of mind during a very difficult time. His communication was excellent, he was always professional, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. In today’s rental market, where many landlords do whatever they want and too many agencies seem to forget that tenants are people because of the high demand for housing, it’s incredibly refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares. Adam’s customer service was exceptional, and his dedication made what is usually a very stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. This industry needs more people like Adam.
