Afternoon renting out a property successfully with Gibbs Gillespie, for the past two years, we are arranging for a tidy up and re-let to a new tenant, and the Gibbs Gillespie team, led by Adam Wilson Cloot, are making the transition a simply as possible, as they have with every task and decision that is needed when renting out a property. Gibbs Gillespie have been first rate during these past two years, and I have no doubt that that will continue in the years to come. I must give a 'shout out' to Alix Thompson, who as Property Manager, has picked up on resent queries with gusto, especially with the added burden of the Renter Rights Bill now upon us - thank you Alix for all of your help over the past few months.
