I would like to share my experience with regards to my efforts to find a house to rent with Gibbs Gillespie Northwood. I was firstly contacted by Daniella, after my online enquiry about a flat in Northwood. Even though this property has been secured beforehand by another tenant, she was able to identify and propose to me an even better alternative, managing to achieve through prompt communication and negotiations a rent according to my budget restrictions, that satisfied both the landlord and myself, in less than 24hours! Another asset of the agency, is Mark who was, along with Daniella, responding to my queries promptly and facilitating all the reference checks process. Looking forward to moving in my new house in a couple of days!

From scheduling viewing to signing tenancy agreement, both Daniella and Grace have been extremely helpful and reassuring - especially as I have never rented before and needed to ask lots of questions.

Gibbs Gillespie were super efficient especially Kizzy. Prior to my dealings with Kizzy I had experienced some pretty bad experiences with other estate agents Kizzy was amazing from the first phonecall with the way through the whole process I found her bubbly enthusiastic and very efficient I think we actually set a record for completing on a property!! I can't recommend Gibbs Gillespie enough and especially Kizzy.

We moved from Singapore and settling in new location is not easy. Charlie from Gibbs Gillespie Pinner Branch was very helpful in ensuring our queries are addressed promtly. We managed to do most of the tenancy paperwork remotely with great support from Charlie. Overall i am happy with service from Gibbs Gillespie.
