Professional and helpful sales and Move team

Grant Pettersson from the Stanmore branch was fantastic throughout the entire buying process. We had previously tried to buy a house with other members of the Gibbs team however their service left much to be desired, we are very glad to have been put in touch with Grant as he was phenomenal from start to finish, we won’t consider buying through Gibbs unless it is exclusively with Grant going forwards, can’t recommend him highly enough! Would have given more than 5 stars if it was possible!

Generally very good and not unduly pushy, which is refreshing. Only negative is that it was necessary to ask on 3 occasions (different members of staff) to view a copy of the lease and eventually this came via our conveyancing solicitor. Copies of leases are available from the Land Registry and it is firmly felt, estate agents should obtain a copy for viewing by potential purchases BEFORE they incur conveyancing costs.

From the start Robbie was extremely helpful, honest and trustworthy - he took me through every step and kept in contact throughout until through to offer. We were then given Catherine the Move Manager again so helpful and kept me informed at all times. I cannot fault their customer service and would highly recommend Gibbs to others.

The Gibbs Gillespie sales team were helpful, informative and kept us up to date all through the sales process. We dealt with a few different members of the team as our original agent left the company, but all were excellent. I'd happily recommend them for sales and for property management.

They have given brochures to all viewers when they arrived and explained all the details of the property very well.

The team did a great job achieving the guide price despite a challenging market. I just wish they told me more regularly how much work they were doing behind the scenes. Communication is everything.

Luca was very efficient and pleasant. A little more feedback after viewings would have been appreciated.

Professional Throughout. As a buyer, they were responsive and helpful in the conveyancing process. They helped drive the sale towards completion. Obviously representing their clients, but I found them responsive to my emails. There is a mandatory small purchase fee for Lifetime Legal which wasn't explained clearly, but once I fully understood the additional benefits it wasn't a problem.

Great customer service and communication throughout, proactive in chasing solicitors and buyers alike. Very satisfied with their service.
