With a friend we had dealings with this agency via their agent Charlie from lettings showing us around. She was lovely and professional, gave a very good impression of herself, the property and her representation of the agency, with good knowledge and a lovely personality. Should be 10 stars but it only lets me give five for her professionalism and delivery, credit where credit is due. It made me feel it is a good reputable agency and she was informed too, not pushy, not forceful or pressuring but had the balance just right. I wasn't sure what to expect but it has definitely made me feel this is a very good agency for the area, not just their known name locally, but also I trusted her. I would definitely recommend this estate agency, Charlie herself, and that it gives the standards of service I would like from any agent in such important transactions and services. Thank you.

I've never ever found an agency as competent as Gibbs Gillespie Northfield branch! The desire they have for great customer service and the speed and honesty they have is unmeasurable. I liaised with Oliwia, Gabriele and Amrit which have been exceptional and trustworthy.
