I was very impressed by the professionalism of Luke and his team in dealing with the sale of my apartment in Ealing. Luke put in a lot of groundwork to make the sale seamless and quick. Rohan and Leah kept me abreast of the situation and dealt with buyers' questions and additional requests with aplomb. I completed the sale of my flat within 2 months! I would recommend this estate agent to anyone trying to sell a property in Ealing.

Superb service thanks to Danny in particular. A tricky market wi th interest rate hikes and fallin g house prices. We are in our late 80s and the market has changed a lot since we did our last conveyance, Danny steered a steady course through the process to a satisfactory exchange. Hiis advice was always positive and accurate, courteous and available when needed. He is a very nice young man who can be trusted with getting the sale process arranged in a timely way.

Jordan Douglas was the Estate Agent that dealt with our sale. Despite a couple of pull outs Jordan was very professional in trying to progress other viewings for us and kept us informed all the while. Cannot be easy and must be as stressful for him as us in trying to get a result. His advice and knowledge was given and in the end we managed a sale. All credit must be given not only to Jordan but all the staff at Gibbs Gillespie in the way they handled the viewings, queries and phone calls we placed with them - a truly dedicated team and credit to Gibbs Gillespie.

This is our family’s second experience with Gibbs Gillespie in the last 2 years after my son sold his house using them in 2021. They have been a pleasure to deal with through the whole process - attentive, supportive and a business I would recommend. .

Very professional

Overall went well, not much communication after property sale as most correspondences were with the solicitors. Any questions to the vendor were forwarded and promptly answered and it would have been good to at least speak with the vendor once just before the sale to get any input and information from them, rather than back and forth via the Estate Agent. Only downside I had was with the letting department, where I am still waiting for information that I was told I should receive via a phone call or email, it's now been a couple of weeks and still nothing so I assume they aren't that interested in expanding local business.
