They were fine.

Although the initial sale was satisfactory, I feel the support from then onwards could of been better. For example the agent looking after my sale left the company and it appeared that no one else was appointed to continue with the sale up until completion. I also felt that my sale only completed due the amount of chasing and the resolving of issues that I personally carried out myself. However the general professionalism of marketing of my property was good with a positive final outcome.

What I initially thought would be a straightforward transaction became more complicated with competing bidders - one of whom was overseas, an incoming bill for some costly work undertaken by the freeholder just at the time of sale, a deadline from the buyer's lender and of course, various delays due to Covid19 and the stamp duty changes. But I was impressed by how Morgan at the Northwood office proactively liaised across all parties. His efforts meant I managed to keep my buyer and I'm now free to concentrate on my next property.

Great sales service from James who took the time to deal with all our queries. Micheal then did a great job of following up during the conveyancing process to ensure everyone did what they had to to get the sale through in time.

Very friendly and helpful service, would recommend purchasing with them. Not as pushy as some other firms I have dealt with previously, thus a pleasant experience!

Kept me informed when things went slow. Don’t expect to move again but may use again But would choose a local solicitor next time found it difficult at times to get in touch with the one they recommend.
