They helped me to reply the buyer’s solicitor’s questions and explained me in the way that I can understand because my English is not good enough for this. They are very helpful.

From the very beginning they gave us guidance in what small things to do to to make the house as attractive as possible to viewers. They introduced the right people, and got us a sale in the price range that we were hoping for.

Staff worked really hard, particularly post sale trying to get through to completion. Great job

I'd highly recommend Gibbs Gillespie Ruislip to anyone looking to buy their first property. It's an incredibly stressful time but I felt reassured the whole way. Elaine was particularly fantastic throughout my purchasing journey and made me feel at ease after waiting what felt like a lifetime for my mortgage offer to come through! Excellent service from start to finish.

The sales team were great -- both the estate agent and the sales consultant. A fly in the ointment, though, was the company they use for confirming the client's identity. It was a seriously poorly thought-out and dragged-out procedure. So the the overall experience is thus 4 stars.

I would certainly recommend Gibbs Gillespie to anyone wanting to buy or rent accommodation. They were extremely kind and helpful in the purchase of my house and were always on hand with good advice when needed.

When negotiating for the sale we were recommended by the agent to go with a cash buyer offering a lower price who subsequently messed us around against a buyer who did subsequently proceed with the purchase fortunately. When the cash buyer asked for a £200k reduction on the day our tenant moved out, which we obviously refused. This wasted over three months and also lost us income from the tenants that we had given notice to, in order to facilitate the sale. In the end, our solicitor and the purchaser solicitor made this happen with their tenacity and working with us to overcome all the questions etc. so a bit galling when the agent phoned to tell us he had "got this over the line" when in fact we hadn't heard from him for weeks. (Half an hour after my solicitor had confirmed exchange of contracts)

Michael Beaumont is excellent. Friendly advice, helpful and efficient. Knew the area very well. Communicated well and did nt hassle or bully us. He was perfect

Then I got in tuch with Gibbs Gillespie in Gerard’s Cross. Dominic Hanson what a professional young man. He went above his duties to help me as I am 72years old and found it all overwhelmed for me. He was so kind and resured me all the way. Thank you so much Dominic.

Very good service, especially the support provided by Move manager Kasia to resolve the queries with Seller solicitors was commendable. She was patient and constantly doing follow-ups with the vendor and the solicitor team, although some of these were out of her hand, to get things done properly and timely. Though I have my concerns on the solicitor services provided to the customers as some of them seems too be inefficient to complete simple matters.
