We recently moved into a new property managed by Gibbs Gillespie and have been pleased with the service provided. A special mention goes to our property manager, Jo Brooker. She has been excellent to work with; she was highly responsive and proactive in resolving all the issues and requested changes we had when we first moved into the flat. It is rare to have a point of contact who is so efficient and willing to ensure the tenant's needs are met so quickly. While the wider agency experience has been good, Jo’s dedication and hands-on approach to property management are what really stood out for us. We would certainly recommend them to others looking for a well-managed rental experience.
