Had to write this review to recognise Michael at Gibbs Gillespie, Northwood branch. A calm, considered and professional agent. Good advice and excellent negotiation skills on our behalf. Even when the chain was apparently broken Michael managed to recover the situation by working and helping the entire chain... Great work and highly recommended. Thank you.

Amazing service from Robert White and the team at Gibbs Gillespie in Amersham. Robert was brilliant and went out of his way to help us find the home we were looking for. Great knowledge and honesty all the way which made us feel very confident and comfortable in our purchase. Special mention to Phillip as well who went out his way to collect our second set of keys. We will definitely be using them if we move in the future.

We have had absolutely fantastic service from Northfields. Amir, Leah and Jason have been incredibly efficient, sensible and helpful in every encounter we have had with them. They really took the time to learn about every aspect of our property to help them properly market it and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale moved along in the time frame that we needed. They all have fantastic knowledge of Ealing too. We would definitely recommend Northfields if you are looking for an estate agent - they were worth every penny!

My partner and I were looking to rent a place for just the two of us. After having seen some pretty poor places with really crazy prices, I decided to send a general email through Zoopla to several estate agents. The most impressive place was the one we received from Ahmed, from Thorgills Brentford. We went to see it and arrived late due to traffic. Ahmed was very understanding. and contacted the tenants, asking if they were ok for us to arrive later, last viewing of the day! They agreed and once we arrived, Ahmed came and parked in a rush to greet us. We saw the flat and we absolutely loved it! So we asked Ahmed to put an offer right there and then. Then Ahmed noticed that he had received a parking fine. He didn’t flinch, said to us not too worry! Now Ahmed is 21 I think, (we talked a lot) and I was so impressed with his service that I made a promise to him to pay his fine if the landlord accepted our offer. (I was worried as due to past problems I do not have the best credit history) Ahmed listened to the story of my life and to how I have turned things around with the help of my partner... and I mean, he really listened. Our offer got accepted pending referencing and I paid Ahmed’s fine as promised, because he cared and he was sincerely great. And basically this is how every member of Thorgills did from then on, the branch manager, the gentleman who took copies of our ID’s (one of them is called Dany, can’t remember which one 😳,) the office manager, I’m not sure but I think her name is Christine, she’s was really nice and obviously Natasha, who I bombarded with questions, emails, visits, etc., as I was waiting to hear the outcome of our application and referencing. Natasha, calmly, politely and efficiently answered all my questions, she’s great! We cannot fault the service at Thorgills Brentford, as each one of them truly listened and showed real care and I have no doubt they put a good word about us to the landlord. Thank you all! We are awaiting our moving in date and can’t stop making plans for the flat. I also loved that everything with Thorgills is made electronically and also that they are in partnership with Experian, so every time we will pay our rent in time, our credit ratings will steadily improve. Great idea for people who had debt problems before and had turned a leaf. Thank you all, we have recommended you to everyone that have seen pictures of the flat.

Elisard showed us a wonderful property in Chiswick, we had a very insightful talk with him and though we didnt take the place ultimately, it certainly wasnt due to poor impression on his part. Elisard was very punctual, professional and engaging with us. He took a genuine interest in our situation and as individuals, I would recommend him as an agent.

I was impressed with Thorgills when finding a flat to live in. I had not long ago moved to London and was needing to find somewhere efficiently. Haffezza from Thorgills Chiswick went above and beyond to ensure the documentation and paperwork were processed and I was able to move in by the evening of first talking with her. I really appreciated her help and support.

Excellent service from Tilly Rose-Willans. From the time references were done she did everything for a smooth moving in. Kept us informed of every step and sorted all matters promptly after moving in. Very polite and always returned our calls, replied to emails promptly.
