Danny was very helpful in my search to find a property and offered great advice when I met him in the office as someone new to the area and a first time buyer. In the end I found through someone else but even then Danny was still there to offer his advice which I found to be a very refreshing approach.

It was a pleasure buying through Orchards Ealing. I'm a first time buyer and they were extremely supportive and informative throughout the process, even when I had delays with my mortgage!

The experience was excellent - he identified our needs quickly and showed us properties that fitted what we are looking for (no pointless visits!). This review follows my purchase review through Gibbs Gillespie almost 2 years go. We moved out due to job reasons and had to let our property and we knew we would definitely be in safe hands through Gibbs Gillespie. They have taken care of our property so professionally from finding a right tenant and assisting where possible throughout the tenancy term. Particular mention to Ricky Dowsett who has been extremely professional in getting the right rental value for the property followed by Lewis Bolton and all Uxbridge lettings team, they have never let us down. Great service, always kept up to date and great mortgage service

The best service ever. Working with the team at Gibbs Gillespie, and specially with Michael Beaumont has been the best decision my husband and I we could have made since we decided to sell our home. We had decided to move to Spain with our two young children and selling our home in Northwood was, among all the other moving issues, our priority. Unfortunately we made the mistake to trust another agency before ending up with Gibbs Gillespie and we profoundly regret this mistake now. We should have gone with Gibbs from the beginning, but we were mislead and promised things that were not realistic. On the contrary, Michael Beaumont and the rest of the team were very professional from the beginning. They explained to us exactly what was our specific situation and they worked really hard to make the sell as successful as possible. Our situation was a bit complex as we had to move to Spain while the house was on sale in the UK. Michael was ever so helpful and knowledgeable and kept us informed at all times. He was always available to answer any questions or issues we could have. Our house was finally sold and we are really grateful for the great work, and they great team behind it. I can honestly recommend this agency without any reservations.

I liked dealing with Gibbs Gillespie who acted as our estate agents when we sold my parents’ flat. Firstly, Gibbs took steps to provide proper valuation comparisons for similar properties so that it was easy to agree on an asking price. This was helpful. We were pleased with all aspects of the marketing for the property including the photographs and descriptions. Our phone calls were answered promptly and all the office staff were extremely helpful. Any messages left were always passed on. Conveniently, Gibbs Gillespie could refer us to their firm of Conveyancers which saved us time finding one ourselves. Communication was excellent. I was always kept up to date with numbers of viewings and offers made. I received weekly updates of feedback from potential buyers, so we would know whether there was something significantly wrong, for example with our asking price. This was reassuring. Throughout the sale process, Gibbs Gillespie kept in touch and helped with any queries arising such as furniture and fittings remaining. Our Sales Manager was Michael Beaumont, and our Director before him was Steve Hyams. I would certainly recommend Gibbs Gillespie to others.
