Gibbs Gillespie sold our house in August. It was a long journey but certainly no fault of the Estate Agent who held our hand along the way! No problems whatsoever and of course would use again if needed

We had such a smooth process from placing an offer right down to completion with Gibbs. Luca our move manager was very proactive in regularly keeping us informed on progress and generally checking in to see how we were doing which made us feel supported throughout this journey. We have just bought our first house through Gibbs Gillespie Northfields, led by Abraham Oomen and his team. Abraham and his team helped us navigate through a very long and difficult purchase due to various technical issues ranging from title of the house, condition of the house and issues with our solicitors. They were always available for help and advise and managed to maintain a smooth line of communication between us and the sellers, despite the issues. I am certain that the sale would have fallen through had it not been for the efforts of Abraham. Luca was fantastic at managing our case. He explained all steps and liaised with us daily when completion was nearing. He was able to arrange visits for surveys easily, which left us re assured. Total time to completion was under 16 weeks ( the national average). This was helped by Luca being swift at replying and organising documents for us and reminding us when needed. Would recommend for any first time buyers.

Dealing with property managers can sometimes be a hassle but that is far from the truth when you have the pleasure of dealing with Louis King. It is not without reason the majority of 5 star reviews were left because of his exceptional and above-and-beyond attitude and commitment to delivering nothing short of perfection. Thank you Louis King, you are a diamond in the rough!
