This is very delayed feedback as we closed June 2019 on our place in Harrow. Paul was exceptional from start to end on handing our purchase as this was our first home purchase in the UK. Particularly brilliant when first putting house on market and up to point of offer - after that when the chain became difficult and there were things needing resolution they were not there - we found them wanting and we had to keep chasing - feeling that we were a nuisance when actually ithe chain could have fallen apart and we needed them on the case
